What happens after I apply?

We'll review your application and contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours. From there, we'll arrange a home check and discuss the next steps.

What is the home check?

It's a quick, friendly check to make sure your home is a good fit for the dog. In the UK, this is usually a video call. In Germany and Austria, it will most likely be an in-person visit. Nothing to worry about — we're just here to help.

How long does transport take?

It usually takes about a month to arrange transport and get the dog ready for travel. This may vary depending on the time of year and how busy we are.

What's included with the dog?

Every dog comes vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and with a pet passport. Older dogs are typically spayed or neutered before travel. Puppies may not yet be spayed or neutered due to their age.

Is there an adoption fee?

There is no adoption fee — the dog is free. You only cover the cost of transport to your home: approximately £500 to the UK, €300–400 within Europe, or CHF 500–550 to Switzerland.

Can I adopt if I've never had a dog before?

Absolutely! First-time dog owners are welcome. We'll support you through the process and help you prepare for your new family member.
